| Sugar flowers, the ultimate expression of a cake decorator's skill, are a beautiful alternative to fresh flowers. Some of our most beloved flowers, such as lilies, gardenia, jasmine and tulips, contain toxins, and most commercially grown flowers are treated with insecticides, and so should not come into contact with your cake. Our sugar flowers, leaves, and other decorative motifs, are handcrafted, petal by petal, from sugarpaste, then shaded with edible food coloring to replicate the natural variety found in nature.
